Brad is a 3rd generation oilfield worker. He started as a roustabout when he was just 15 years old while still in high school, going offshore at 18 years old in 2003 as a Class-C production operator for Merit Energy.  In 2005 Merit transferred him to land operations as a lease operator in the Silsbee, TX area.  The following year, Merit added Safety Coordinator to his duties.  In 2008 he left Merit Energy and took the reins of his father’s 25-year old roustabout company which he ran for 8 years.  During the last 2 years, he added Hot Oiling services to their portfolio.  Due to the decline in the oilfield in 2014, Brad closed the doors of his roustabout company.  It was while Brad was an instrumentation technician & consultant for LJ Technologies in the Gulf Coast area, that he met John P. Nash.  In 2018, Brad joined Arcadia Operating as its Production Foreman in the Gulf Coast area where he was supervised by John P. Nash until his passing. Brad increased his responsibilities and became Arcadia’s Production Superintendent, managing all field operations and supervising many of the workover operations.
